摘 要 目的:建立非索那啶中有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为PE-5石英毛细管柱(032 mm×30 m),程序升温技术,用外标法定量。结果:待测溶剂在所建立的色谱条件下有较好的分离,在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好,各溶剂回收率为95.78%~103 .6%,检测限0.25~1.16 μg/mL。结论:此方法简单、准确、灵敏度高。关键词 毛细管气相色谱法;非索那啶;溶剂残留量
Determination of residual solvents in fexonadine by capillary gas chromatography
Abstract Objective: To establish a method for the determination of residual solvents in fexonadine.Methods: Residual solvents in fexonadine were determined by capillary gas chromatography using a PE-5 capillary column(0.32 mm~30 m). Results: Residual solvents were well separated in the colmnn with the recovery range of 95.78%~103.6% and the detection limits of 0.25-1.16 μg/mL.Conclusions: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
