     摘要目的：对夏枯草药材的鉴别和含量测定进行研究。方法：采用薄层色谱法，用熊果酸为对照品，以ψ(苯∶乙醚∶醋酸乙酯)=7∶2∶1为展开剂鉴别夏枯草药材；采用双波长薄层扫描法，以ψ(苯∶乙醚∶醋酸乙酯)=7∶2∶1为展开剂，选择λS=520 nm、λR=700 nm为扫描波长，对夏枯草中熊果酸的含量进行了测定，并对方法学进行了考察。结果：熊果酸的定性鉴别专属性好；薄层扫描的平均回收率为98.86%，RSD为1.72%。结论：此方法可作为夏枯草的质量分析。
