摘 要 目的：考察环丙沙星聚乳酸微球的体外释药性能。方法：采用体外释放度试验中的浆法测定环丙沙星微球的体外释药情况，并对聚乳酸浓度对微球体外释放度的影响进行了考察。结果：在聚乳酸浓度为10%的情况下，环丙沙星微球的体外释药情况为:53.2 h的累积释药量为84.0%，T1/2为31.9 h，Higuchi方程为Q=-0.0043+0.0039t1/2， r=0.994。结论：环丙沙星聚乳酸微球具有明显的缓释效果。

    Study on the release of ciprofloxacin polylactic acid microspheres in vitro

    Abstract Objective：To study the release of ciprofloxacin polylactic acid microspheres in vitro . Metheds: The release of the ciprofloxacin microspheres were examined by paddle method. The relation between the concentration of polylactic acid and the release of ciprofloxacin microspheres was also examined. Results：The accumulated release percentage of the ciprofloxacin microspheres with 10% polylactic acid was 84.0% after 53.2 h.
