摘 要 目的:探索水蛭抗早孕有效成分。方法:通过有机溶剂沉淀方法初步对水蛭水煎剂不同成分进行分离，经蛋白质定性实验、IR和薄层色谱鉴别，并对分离出的各成分进行小鼠抗早孕实验。结果:分离得到的成分(Ⅱ) 是一种活性蛋白质，有抗早孕活性。 结论:水蛭中的抗早孕有效成分是一种蛋白质。关键词 水蛭；抗早孕；有效成分；蛋白质
Study on the effective constituents of antiearly pregnancy in Whitmina pigra

Abstract Objective: To study the effective constituents of anti-early pregnancy in Whitminia pigra. Methods: The effective constituents in Whitminia pigra decoction were obtained through organic solvent precipitation and characterized by protein qualitative test,IR and TLC.Antiearly pregnancy experiments were conducted in rats. Results:Constituent (Ⅱ) obtained from Whitminia pigra decoction was an active protein with antiearly pregnancy activity. Conclusion: The effective constituent of antiearly pregnancy in Whitminia pigra is a kind of active protein.
