复方氨酚烷胺胶囊溶出度测定方法的研究

     摘要目的：建立复方氨酚烷胺胶囊溶出度的测定方法。方法：转篮法，采用ODS柱，流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾)=100∶400，检测波长为254 nm。结果：对乙酰氨基酚的线性范围为0.1108～0.7756 μg，回收率为100.7%(RSD=050%)。结论：本方法结果准确，可作为该品种溶出度测定的检测方法。
