摘 要 研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对药物与β环糊精(βCD)包合作用的影响。测定了氯霉素、巴比妥在不同温度、不同浓度PVP和βCD水溶液中的溶解度及其热力学参数。实验发现PVP增强了巴比妥与βCD的包合作用,3.0 g/LPVP的加入使包合物形成常数增加了67%;但却对氯霉素与βCD的包合起阻碍作用,降低了βCD对氯霉素的增溶效应。关键词 β环糊精;包合物形成常数;氯霉素;巴比妥;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮
Effect of Polyvinylpyrrolidone on Complexation of Drug and βcyclodextrin

Abstract The effect of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) on the complexation of drugs with βcyclodextrin (βCD) were investigated. The solubilities of barbital and chloramphenicolum in aqeous βCD solution and in aqueous solution containing both PVP and cyclodextrin were determined. In aqueous solutions,PVP was shown to increase the solubilising effect of barbital in βCD . Addition of 3.0 g/L PVP resulted in a 67% increase in the stability constant of the complex. On the other hand,PVP was demonstrated to inhibite the cyclodextrin complexation of chloramphenicolum. ......
