聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对药物与β环糊精包合作用的影响

     摘 要 研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对药物与β环糊精(βCD)包合作用的影响。测定了氯霉素、巴比妥在不同温度、不同浓度PVP和βCD水溶液中的溶解度及其热力学参数。实验发现PVP增强了巴比妥与βCD的包合作用,3.0 g/LPVP的加入使包合物形成常数增加了67%;但却对氯霉素与βCD的包合起阻碍作用,降低了βCD对氯霉素的增溶效应。

    Effect of Polyvinylpyrrolidone on Complexation of Drug and βcyclodextrin

    Abstract The effect of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) on the complexation of drugs with βcyclodextrin (βCD) were investigated. The solubilities of barbital and chloramphenicolum in aqeous βCD solution and in aqueous solution containing both PVP and cyclodextrin were determined. In aqueous solutions,PVP was shown to increase the solubilising effect of barbital in βCD . Addition of 3.0 g/L PVP resulted in a 67% increase in the stability constant of the complex. On the other hand,PVP was demonstrated to inhibite the cyclodextrin complexation of chloramphenicolum. ......
