去氢骆驼蓬碱口服乳剂的物理稳定性研究

     摘 要 目的:考察去氢骆驼蓬碱(harmine)口服乳剂的物理性质。方法:分别采用界面电泳法、旋转式粘度计、电导法等方法,测定口服乳剂的电学、流变学、凝聚动力学等物理性质。结果: harmine乳剂为O/W型乳剂,乳滴平均粒径约为5.78 μm,相变温度为85 ℃;乳剂荷负电,20倍稀释液的ζ电位为28.8 mV;其流变曲线为一致流值为4.95 N·m-2的塑性流体曲线;凝聚速度测定显示该乳剂凝聚活化能为25.06 kJ。结论: harmine口服乳剂物理稳定性良好。

    Studies on physical stability of the oral harmine emulsion

    Abstract Objective: To study the physical properties of the oral harmine emulsion. Method: The electricity,rheology and coalescence kinetics of oral harmine emulsion were determined by electrophoresis, viscometry and conductometry respectively. Result: The average particle size of the O/W type emulsion was 5.78 μm, the phase inversion temperature was 85 ℃, zeta potential was 28.8 mV, the rheological curve was a plastic flow one with 4.95 Nm-2 as a yield value and the activity energy for coalescence was 25.06 kJ.Conclusion: The physical stability was favorable for the oral harmine emulsion. ......
