高效液相色谱法测定复方西米替丁胶囊中西米替丁的含量

     摘要采用C18柱，流动相为ψ[甲醇∶6 mmol/L己烷磺酸钠溶液(含磷酸0.3 mL)]=240∶760，检测波长为218 nm,进样量为20 μL。西米替丁的浓度在8～40 μg/ mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为：Y＝1.2396X-0.2516，r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.8%；RSD为0.68%，n=9。该方法操作简便，并不受安胃疡的干扰，测定快速，结果准确可靠。

    Determination of cimitidine in compound cimitidine capsules by HPLC

    Abstract The content of cimitidine in Compound Cimitidine Capsules was determined by HPLC.The C18 column was used,with methanol6 mmol/Lsodiumhexanesulfonate solution(with phosphoric acid 0.3 mL)(240∶760) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength at 218 nm.
