     摘要运用系统控制过程的卷积公式及WEIBULL分布函数导出浓度时间关系，然后应用单纯形改良法拟合，在实验给定误差范围内得到一组最优参数和一条最优曲线。与传统的房室模型拟合出的曲线比较，可以更好的拟合多峰血药浓度时间曲线。

    Abstract Convolution formula and weibull distribution function were used to deduce concentrationtime function and modified simple shape law was used to optimized a set of suitable parameter and a appropriate curve within a minimum given error. This model has obvious advantage compared with traditional compartment model.
