气相色谱法测定有机硅醇的对映体纯度

     摘要用气相色谱法(手性毛细管柱)测定了(±)-1-三甲基硅乙醇的对映体纯度，获得平均标准偏差为9.948×10-4，平均变异系数为0.198%。该方法具有高效、高选择性、高灵敏度和操作简单等优点。

    Determination of the enantiopurity of (±)-organosilyl alcohol by gas chromatography

    Abstract A GC method was used in the determination of the enantiopurity of (±)-1-trimethylsilylethanol. The results showed the mean standand divergence and the average coefficient of variations were 9.948×10-4 and 0.198% respectively. This method was simple and highly efficient, selective and sensitive.
