摘要 :目的 评价国产多西紫杉醇治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 艾素75mg.m 2 +顺铂75mg.m 2 ，每3周重复。观察疗效及不良反应。 结果 32例评价疗效，有效率为25.0%。不良反应主要有骨髓抑制、粒细胞减少性发热、脱发、消化道反应和乏力。 结论 国产多西紫杉醇(艾素)对非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效，且毒性可耐受。
