【摘要】 目的 探讨负压创面治疗技术的应用价值。方法 以12例患者的难愈性小创面为对象，采用负压创面治疗技术，观察创面的愈合情况。结果 12例创面全部自行愈合。结论 负压创面治疗技术在治疗难愈性小创面中有很大的优越性。能缩短病程，减少植皮手术，加速愈合。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application of negative pressure wound therapy.Methods Twelve patients with refractory healing wound were enrolled in the study，and negative pressure wound therapy was applied.Results Twelve wounds healed all.Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy is significant in treating refractory healing little wound.It can shorten the wound healing time and reduce the graft operation and accelerate the wound healing.
