     摘 要

    在超声波辐射下,以PEG400为固-液相转移催化剂,用邻氯苯胺与双酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成出了一种新的化合物——4(N甲酰基-N′邻氯苯基硫脲)N邻氯苯基苯氧乙酰胺。实验中观察到了取代和加成反应的竞争。利用元素分析,1H、13C、APT及二维核磁共振技术确定了所合成的新化合物的结构。给出了该化合物的化学位移数据。所得的结果对这类化合物的结构解析很有价值。

    Study on the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectra of 4(NFormylN′2chlorophenyl thiourea)N2chlorophenyl phenoxyacetylamide

    Abstract A new 4(NformylN′2chlorophenyl thiourea)N 2chlorophenyl phenoxyacetyl amide was synthesized by the reaction of 2chloroaniline with bisformylisothiocyanate using polyethylene glycol (PEG)400 as solidliquid phase transfer catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. A contest between substitution and addition was observed in the reaction. The structure of the new compound was determined by using elemental analysis, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, attached proton test (APT) and several kinds of two dimensions nuclear magnetic resonance techniques. The chemical shifts data of the new compound were reported. The information given was valuable for the structure analysis of this kind of compounds. ......
