     【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜、电动吸切器在腺样体手术中的作用。方法采用电视监视系统经鼻内镜下，应用电动吸切器切除腺样体27例的经验体会。结果全部病例术后随访6~12个月临床症状消失，无并发症。结论鼻内镜、电动吸切器在腺样体手术中应用，使腺样体手术直视、清晰、无残留、止血彻底、并发症少。
