     摘 要

    以循环伏安和微分脉冲伏安法研究了超声作用下铜在铂电极上的电沉积行为, 建立了超痕量铜的超声波微分脉冲伏安法。超声波增加了铜的阳极溶出峰电流近一个数量级,提高了方法的灵敏度。在优化实验条件下,铜的微分脉冲阳极溶出峰电流与铜离子浓度在两个范围内呈线性关系。在5.00~200 nmol/L的浓度范围内,线性方程为I= 0.0453 + 0.00101c (nmol/L, R=0.9963, SD=0.0078);检出限为020 nmol/L (13 ng/L);在0.200~8.00 μmol/L浓度范围内,线性方程为i=0.243 + 0.0864c (μmol/L, R=09983, SD=0.0188)。常见金属离子一般不干扰。方法简便快速, 直接用于自来水实际样品的测定, 加标回收率为95.4%~104.6%;RSD为3.36%,结果令人满意。

    Sonoelectrochemical Deposition and SonoDifferential Pulse Voltammetric Analysis of Ultra trace Copper

    Abstract Electrochemical deposition of copper on platinum electrode under ultrasonic radiation was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. A sensitive sonodifferential pulse voltammetry for determination of ultratrace copper was established based on the fact that ultrasonic radiation can increase anodic stripping peak current of copper about one order of amplitude. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the anodic stripping peak current shows two linear relations to the concentration of copper with regression equations of I=0.0453+0.00101c (μmol/L, r=0.9963, SD=0.0078) in the range of 5.00~200 nmol/L and I=0.243+0.0877c (mol/L, r=0.9993, SD=0.0143) in the range of 0.200-8.00 μmol/L. The detection limit is 0.20 nmol/L. The method is sensitive and convenient without interference of common metallic ions (except of Pb 2+ and Cd2+), it was applied to the directly determination of trace copper in drinking water with additional standard recovery of 95.4%~104.6 % and RSD of 3.4%.
