     摘 要 目的:以HPLC法同时测定复方头孢氨苄中的头孢氨苄与甲氧苄啶的含量。方法:HPLC外标法,采用岛津C18反相色谱柱,以V(水)∶V(甲醇)∶V(3.86%乙酸钠溶液)∶V(4%乙酸溶液)=742∶240∶15∶3为流动相,流速1.2 mL/min,在波长254 nm处进行检测。结果:本方法可同时测定两组分的含量。被测组分能很好地分离;头孢氨苄在37.19~371.9 μg/ml,甲氧苄啶在8.0~80.0 μg/ml范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系;平均回收率依次为99.02%,RSD=0.19%;99.81%,RSD=0.15%。结论,以HPLC外标法同时测定复方头孢氨苄中两组分的含量,方法简便、可靠,重现性良好。

    Simultaneous Determination of Cefalexin and TMP in Compound Cefalexin Capsules by HPLC

    Abstract Objective:To determine the content of cefalexin and trimethoprim (TMP) in compound cefalexin capsules,simultaneously by HPLC. METHOD: On the basis of external standard method ,the C18 reversedphase column was used. Watermethanol3.86% sodium acetate solution4% dilute glacial acid (742∶240∶15∶3) was used as mobile phase, with the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. The detection was carried out with an UV detector at λ 254 nm. Results: The separation and determination of the two constituents could be accomplished simultaneously. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 37.19~371.9 μg/mL for cefalexin and 8.0~80.0 μg/mL for TMP. The average recoveries of cefalexin and TMP were 99.02%(RSD=0.19%) and 99.81%(RSD=0.15%) respectively. Conclusion: This method was simple,rapid and accurate for simultaneous determination of the two constituents in compound cefalexin capsules. ......
