高效液相色谱拆分荧光法同时分析水中禾草灵和禾草酸对映体

     摘 要

    采用手性高效液相色谱法同时拆分禾草灵和禾草酸对映体,用荧光检测分析其浓度。讨论了流动相中异丙醇和乙酸添加量、柱温等对对映体分离的影响。结果表明:在柱温为20℃,以正已烷/异丙醇/醋酸(90∶10∶0.2)为流动相且其流速为0.5 mL/min 时,禾草灵和禾草酸的对映体可同时达到基线分离。在优化实验条件下,测定了水中的禾草灵和禾草灵酸的对映体,回收率>85%;相对标准偏差<5.0%。

    Simultaneous Determination of Enantiomers of Racdiclofop Methyl and Racdiclofop Acid in Water by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Fluorescence Detection

    Abstract A novel method was developed to simultaneously separate and determine the enantiomers of racdiclofop methyl and racdiclofop acid using chiral high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with fluorescence detection. Parameters affecting the chiral separation such as the added amounts of isopropanol and acetic acid in the mobile phase, and column temperature were studied. A simultaneous baseline separation of the enantiomers was obtained with a mobile phase of nhexane/isopropanol/acetic acid (90∶10∶0.2, V/V) at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min under 20℃. The proposed method was applied to determine the enantiomers of racdiclofop methyl and racdiclofop acid in water. The recoveries of all enantiomers were higher than 85% with relative standard deviations less than 5.0%. ......
