食品中李斯特菌检测方法探讨及药敏结果分析

     摘要:目的 探讨食品中李斯特菌(LM)检测的方法,以提高李斯特菌检出率。 方法 以国标法、Mini VIDAS和改良方法平行检测,结果经API鉴定;药敏试验用琼脂扩散法。 结果 在8类食品45件样品中,国标法检出7株可疑菌株,改良方法检出9株可疑菌株,经国标生化法鉴定其中均有1株为默氏李斯特菌,其他均为LM,而检出的所有菌株经API鉴定均为LM。Mini VIDAS法均未检出LM。药敏试验显示LM对万古霉素、红霉素、麦迪霉素、先锋Ⅴ、SMZ、庆大霉素、氨苄青霉素等全部敏感;而对萘啶酸、头孢氨塞肟、头孢克肟、奥普托欣、多粘菌素B等则全部耐药。 结论 改良方法对LM检出高于国标法,Mini VIDAS检测LM需进一步摸索,API法鉴定LM方便快捷。

    Abstract:Objective To enhance the rate in detection of Listeria and explore various detection methods. Methods Interna-tional standard method,mini-VIDAS and modified methods were used for parallel detection and the results were differentiated and compared by API.A agar diffuse method was used for test of resistance of bacteria to antibiotics. Results Seven suspected Listeria strains out of the45samples in8kinds of foods,were detected by international standard method;9by modified method.One of these strains isolated was identified as Listeria.murray by biochemistry of national standard methods ......
