摘要:目的:了解本地区解脲脲原体耐药状况，指导临床合理用药。方法:应用支原体微量培养及同步药敏试剂盒，检测解脲脲原体及其药敏分析。结果:792例NGU病人281例UU阳性，阳性率35.5%。美满霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素、司帕沙星四种抗生素敏感性高，不易产生耐药性，且三年耐药率变化不大；阿奇霉素三年间耐药率显著上升，由8.11%上升到22.86%。氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、罗红霉素耐药率较高。结论:临床治疗UU引起的非淋菌性尿道炎，本地区应推荐美满霉素、交沙霉素作为治疗解脲脲原体的首选药物。

    Analysis of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Drug Susceptibility in Three Years

    Abstract:Objective: To acquier the information about the present resistance characteristics in ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in our area and to instruct reasonable application of antibiotic clinically. Method: Seriea of mycoplasma microculture and sychronism drug-sensitivity test kits were used to measure the ureaplasma urealyticum and to analyze the drug-sensitivity. Result: Among 792 cases of nongonoccocal urethritis(NGU), UU positive were 281cases ,Positive rate was 35.5%.The Minocycline ,Josamycin,Clarithromycin Spafloxacin showed sensitive response in susceptility test ,The resistant rate of Azithromycin increased to a high level,from 8.11% in 2002 to 22.86% in 2004.The resistant rate of Ofloxcin,Levofloxcin ,Roxithromycin were a high level. Conclusion： The Minocycline ,Josamycin are recommended to be the first choice to treat NGU in our area. ......
