     Training needs and countermeasures for the administrators of maternity & child care institution

    Abstract

    Maternal and children’s health care institution is an important part of public health system and takes on integrative responsibilities,including health care,clinic,research,teaching and propaganda as well,which distinguish it from polyclinics or general prophylactic institutions,thus requiring the administrators in maternal and childrens health care institutions to be armed with various capacities. This article presented an analysis of the administrators professional background and their demands for training. Also the relevant measures were presented as followed.
