    Abstract According to the law of infectious diseases,cancer monitoring and reporting is the obligation endowed by the law and legislation with every modical unit.To be true with no leak,accurate and timely report of its hospitals in the outpatient recoption,treatment of patients,outpatient log norms registration is essential.To make the work better,the article assayed the present situation of the task and offered relevant measures and solutions.
