摘要:目的 观察碘甘油明胶海绵治疗下颌急性智牙冠周炎的临床效果。 方法 选择门诊160例下颌智牙冠周炎患者，随机分为两组，每组80例，治疗组在智牙龈袋内置入碘甘油明胶海绵，对照组给予碘甘油。 结果 两组有效率分别为91.25%和68.75%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 碘甘油明胶海绵治疗下颌急性智牙冠周炎效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
