摘要：目的：探讨防治异位妊娠的有效方法，减少其诱发因素发生，降低其发生率，提高其诊治率。方法：采用回顾分析方法对101例异位妊娠进行分析。结果：异位妊娠发生率为5.91%，诊断符合率达100%，手术治疗93例，治愈率达100%，药物保守疗法治疗8例，治愈6例，治愈率达75%。结论：及时正确诊断和积极治疗异位妊娠，可减少危及患者生命安全因素的发生；减少异位妊娠诱发因素，可降低其发生率。

    Clinical Analysis of 101 cases Ectopic Pregnancy

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the treatment method for ectopic pregnancy, decrease the predisposing causes improve the diagnosis. Method: We analyzied the datas of 101 cases ectopic pregnancy. Result: The occurrence rate and diagnosing rate is 5.91% and 100% respectively. 93 cases with operation the cure rate is 100%. 8 cases were treated with drugs conservatively. the cure rate is 75% (6 cases). Conclusion: To decrease the dangerous factors to life, We'd better diagnose correctly and treat it early. Fewer predisposing causes can decrease the occurrence rate.
