【摘要】 目的 研究儿童外伤性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的线粒体形态变化。 方法 用日本产AEM-1200型透射电镜对10例儿童外伤性白内障及正常晶状体上皮细胞的线粒体进行观察。用计算机图像分析系统计算线粒体的体积密度。 结果 儿童外伤性白内障晶状体上皮细胞与正常对照组相比线粒体肿胀、变空非常明显，嵴变形扭曲且大量减少或消失，呈现空泡化，内膜和外膜均有破损。两组线粒体的体积密度差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 儿童外伤性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的线粒体病理学改变与白内障的发生发展密切相关。
