     [摘要]目的探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术中中鼻甲重建术的必要性。方法针对中鼻甲不同的病变情况，完整保留中鼻甲56例，部分切除、重建中鼻甲129例。结果术后随访6个月至2年，168例愈合良好，17例愈合不良。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术中对病变的中鼻甲恰当的处理有利于提高鼻窦炎的治愈率。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore the necessity of the partial middle turbinates reconstruction in rhinoendoscopic sinus surgery.MethodsThe middle turbinates of 56 cases were reserved while 129 cases were partial resected reconstruction according to the disease degree of middle turbinates. ResultsFollowedup from six months to two years after the operations, 168 cases were cured while 17 cases were not well cured. ConclusionsThe partial middle turbinectomy in the rhinoendoscopic sinus surgery may be good for curing chronic sinusitis.
