【Abstract】 This paper aimed to probe into the mechanism and treatment of chyluria.A new approach block therapy via retroperitoneal injection sclerotherapy was adopted and proved to be a great breakthrough,which changes the stereotype of surgical treatment and thus is of much benefit to the patients suffered from chyluria.
