胰腺闭合性损伤的外科诊治探讨

     【摘要】目的探讨胰腺闭合性损伤诊断和外科处理的方法。方法分析20例胰腺闭合性损伤的诊断,手术处理和预后。结果 17例治愈,死亡3例,死亡率15,并发胰瘘2例,假性囊肿2例,腹腔脓肿1例。结论 CT、B超及血淀粉酶检查对胰腺损伤仍具有一定的诊断价值。术中关键是保持警觉,按胰腺损伤情况选择适当的术式。

    Study of the diagnosis and surgical therapy of closed pancreatic trauma

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of closed pancreatic trauma.Methods Clinical data of 20 cases of pancreatic injuries were analysed retrospectively according to pancreatic injuries characteristics,methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment.Results 17 cases were recovered,3 died.The mortality was 15.There were complications in this series.including fistula of pancreas (2 cases),pancreatic pseudocyst (2 cases) and abdominal abscess (1 case).Conclusion CT,Bultrasound and serum amylase test are still valuable in diagnosis of pancreatic trauma.Keeping caution and selecting appropriate surgical method according to the situation of pancreatic injure is the key for the operation. ......
