【摘要】 目的 了解湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州年龄≥35岁居民健康危险行为的状况，为预防各种慢性病的发生提供科学依据。 方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样，从该地区7个县(市)中随机抽取6个县(市)年龄≥35岁居民1249人行为进行调查。 结果 同时具有3种以上健康行为的人占55.9%，而同时具有5种健康行为的人仅占1.4%。 结论 恩施土家族苗族自治州中老年居民各项健康行为状况欠佳。

    【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of risk behaviors among middle-aged and eldly people in Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture，Hubei province.Methods A cross-sectional study us-ing questionnaire on status of health behavior was conducted among1249local residents aged35and above.Results Comprehensive analysis showed that5types of health-related behaviors occurred only in1.4%of the residents.More than3types of behaviors occurred in55.9%of the residents.Conclusions The status among health behaviors of middle-aged and eldly people in Enshi Tujia autonomous prefec-ture were not very well. ......
