【摘要】 目的 观察应用得宝松在缓解头面部带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法 选择72例头面部带状疱疹患者随机分成两组，应用得宝松的为A组，不用得宝松的为B组，A、B两组除应用得宝松外其他治疗均相同。结果 对A、B两组在皮损消退天数、疼痛减轻时间及消失时间、后遗神经痛发生率等4个方面进行比较，除皮损消退天数外，另三项差异均有显著性。结论 得宝松在缓解头面部带状疱疹神经痛方面作用明显，可在临床上应用于早期无激素禁忌证患者，以降低后遗神经痛发生率。

    The efficacy of diprospan in relieving the cephalo-facialis postherapeutic neuralgia

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of diprospan to treat the cephalo-facialis postherapeutic neuralgia.Methods Seventy two subjects with cephalo-facialis postherapeutic neuralgia(PHN) were enrolled and arranged into two groups randomly:Group A(1ml diprospan intramuscular injection,and acyclovir 0.2g q4h po with topical treatment) and Group B(acyclovir 0.2g q4h po with topical treatment).Results The course of skin damage,the time for pain fadeaway and extinguish,and the incidence rate of PHN were compared between the two groups.There was significant difference between two groups except the course of skin damage.Conclusion Diprospan is effective for cephalo-facialis postherapeutic neuralgia.It is applicable for the patients without the contraindication of corticosteroid to relieve the PHN. ......
