【摘要】 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 将70例(76耳)突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组：对照组30例(33耳)为综合治疗，即用扩血管、营养神经药物及能量合剂等西医疗法；治疗组40例(43耳)采用中西医结合治疗，除西医综合治疗外，另口服自拟复聪汤治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率92.5%，对照组为70.0%，两组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，临床发现起病与治疗间隔时间越短疗效越好，病程在3天以内的治愈率为100%，4～7天为50%，有效率随病程延长而逐渐下降。结论 实践证明，中西医结合治疗对突发性耳聋有明显作用，值得在临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficiency of combination of Western and Chinese medicine for treating idiopathic sensorineural hearing loss.Methods 70 cases (74 ears) of idiopathic sensorineural hearing loss were divided into two groups.30 cases ( 33 ears) in the control group were treated with synthesis method such as extending vessel，nutrition nerves and energy combined medicament，while the other 40 cases (43 ears) in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of resumptive audition (Fucong soup) and Western medicine.Results The total effective rate in the treated group was 92.5% which is significantly higher than that 70% in the control group(P<0.05).And the clinical findings showed the less distance from onset to treatment ......
