摘要:目的 探讨血清胆红素在冠心病患者中的变化及意义。 方法 选择70例冠心病(CHD)患者为观察组，38例健康人为对照组，分别测定血清胆红素水平。 结果 冠心病组血清总胆红素明显低于对照组(P<0.01);直接胆红素明显高于对照组(P<0.01);间接胆红素明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 胆红素可能参与了冠心病的发病过程。

    Changes of bilirubin level in coronary heat disease patients and its significance.

    Abstract:Objective To discuss the change of blood serum bilirubin level in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients and its sig-nificance. Methods 70CHD patients were chosen as observation group and38healthy persons were chosen as control group.The blood serum bilirubin levels were determined separately.
