【摘要】 目的 观察WR消毒液对HIV杀菌作用及对人类淋巴细胞的作用。方法 HIV接种于J-tat Ⅲ细胞，加WR消毒液培养观察细胞状况。结果 稀释度≤1:32时2min能够完全杀灭HIV，稀释度≥1:512时，对J-tat Ⅲ细胞不具备杀伤作用。结论 WR消毒液对HIV只有杀灭作用，而对人类淋巴细胞毒性轻微。

    Bactericidal effect on HIV and harm effects on human lymphocyte of WR disinfecting liquid

    【Abstract】 Objective In vitro bactericidal tests were performed to detect effects of WR disinfecting liquid against HIV and human lymphocyte.Methods HIV was inoculated J-tat Ⅲ cell,then poured into WR disinfecting liquid,to be cultured and observed the condition of cells.Results It was found that HIV was susceptible to the liquid with dilution≤1:32 in 2 minutes,J-tat cells wasn’t that with dilution≥1:512.Conclusion WR disinfecting liquid have strong bactericidal effect on HIV and have few effect to human lymphocyte.
