     【摘要】目的探讨LEEP环切电刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床应用价值。方法对69例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)患者行阴道镜下点状活检和LEEP环切电刀术后病理诊断并对二者结果进行分析比较。结果阴道镜下活检与LEEP刀术后标本的病理诊断有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 LEEP刀对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变是一种非常理想的诊断与治疗方法，有效阻断癌前病变发展为浸润癌。

    The effect evaluation of LEEP circumcise electrotome for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical and application values of LEEP circumcise electrotome for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods We analyzed retrospectively sixty-nine CIN patients receiving punctiform biopsy with colposcope-aided and pathologic diagnosis by LEEP circumcise electrotome.Results The diagnosis results of punctiform biopsy with colposcope-aided were found to be statistically different from pathologic diagnosis results by LEEP circumcise electrotome.Conclusion LEEP electrotome is a very ideal therapy of CIN. Its widespread use in diagnosing and curing of CIN can block the development of precancerosis to infiltrating carcinoma effectively. ......
