     [摘要]目的研究颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法96例脊髓型颈椎病患者经颈前路减压自体骼骨植骨钢板内固定术，获得随访58例，随访时间平均209个月。采用贾连顺的疗效评定法评定临床结果。结果临床疗效优良率8275%，植骨融合率为989%。结论颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床疗效满意。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical outcomes of anterior cervical decompression and implant bone fusion with plate internal fixation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods96 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated by anterior cervical decompression, implant bone fusion and plate internal fixation.58 patients were followed up for 20.9 months in average. The outcomes were assessed by Jia's clinical criteria. ResultsExcellent and good results rate was 82.75%. The implant bone fusion rate was 98.9%.ConclusionsThis study demonstrated that the clinical results were promising in the patients undergoing anterior cervical decompression and implant bone fusion with plate internal fixation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. ......
