摘要:目的 分析台山市艾滋病流行特征及其影响因素，为控制艾滋病传播提供科学依据。 方法 采用Excel数据库和SPSS11.5统计分析软件对台山市1993～2005年艾滋病病例和HIV感染者报告资料进行整理分析。 结果 近几年来，台山市艾滋病病毒感染者报告数和发病数呈快速增长趋势。截至2005年12底，累计检出艾滋病病毒感染者781例，其中艾滋病病人75例，死亡12例。女性感染者所占比例迅速增加，艾滋病流行正由高危人群向一般人群传播。 结论 台山市艾滋病流行的危险因素广泛存在，艾滋病防治工作形势严峻，应迅速采取综合有效的防制措施，控制艾滋病的流行。
