多孔义眼台植入手术围手术期用药的探讨

     [摘要]目的探讨多孔义眼台植入手术的围手术期用药管理。方法对116例患者(116眼)围手术期规范用药后，观察1个月。结果仅1例凝血因子Ⅷ缺乏的患者出现重度出血和水肿，眼台取出；余均未发生术后严重的反应和并发症。结论围手术期药物的合理使用可以有效地减轻手术的反应，减少手术的并发症。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore the effects of the perioperative treatments with medicine in porous orbital implants surgery.Methods116 patients (116 eyes) were implanted porous orbital implants. The patients were treated with the same drugs during perioperative period, and observed for a month.ResultsPostoperatively, only 1 patient had seriously bleeding and edema because of coagulation factor Ⅷ deficiency, and the orbital implant had to be removed. The others didn't show seriously inflammation and complications.ConclusionsThe reasonable perioperative treatments with medicine may effectively relieve the postoperative inflammation and complications. ......
