[摘 要] 目的：探讨骨样骨瘤的影像学表现和病理变化。方法：对23例骨样骨瘤的影像学资料和病理进行回顾性分析。结果：X线平片显示本组病例23例骨样骨瘤均为单发，其中皮质型11例；中心型3例；松质骨型7例；骨膜型2例。结论：了解骨样骨瘤的病理变化和影像学表现，诊断就比较明确，可减少误诊发生。[关键词] 骨样骨瘤；病理；诊断显像
Imaging Diagnoses and Pathology Analysis of Osteoid Osteoma

Abstract：Objective To discuss the imaging performance and pathological change of osteoid osteoma.Methods To look back and analisis the imaging information of 23 cases with osteoid osteoma.Results According to the information by Xray,23 cases with osteoid osteoma are all sole focuses.Among them,11 cases are cortical types,3 cases are central types,spongy substance types 7 cases,and periosteum types 2 cases.Conclusion As soon as you know the pathological change and imaging performance of osteoid osteoma,the diagnoses will be quite explicit and misdiagnoses rate will be reduce.
