【摘要】 目的 探讨克氏针撬拨整复治疗改良MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折临床疗效。方法 将于24例改良MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折患者，随机分为治疗组(15例)、对照组(9例)，于1、8、15、29天定期随诊及12～24月的随访，并按照Broberg和Morrey的肘关节评分标准进行评分。结果 第29天，治疗组总分平均84.87±7.88，优良率73.33%；对照组总分平均71.78±11.73，优良率33.33%；经16.63±4.54个月随访，骨折愈后良好，无桡骨小头坏死以及异位骨化的发生。结论 克氏针撬拨等综合保守疗法治疗改良MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折具有临床意义。
