     [摘要] 目的了解某部队官兵个性特征。方法采用16PF对某部队1 205名官兵进行前瞻性测试。结果乐群、聪慧、恃强、兴奋、敢为及紧张因素分高于全国成人常模，有恒、敏感、怀疑、幻想、忧虑、实验、独立及自律因素分低于成人常模(P<0.01)。结论某部队官兵个性特征不同于普通人群，心理卫生工作应因人而异。
