【摘要】 目的 探讨不同类型的脑梗死患者头颅磁共振血管成像(MRA)之间的差异以及MRA对其的诊断价值。方法 对187例经临床症状体征及磁共振成像(MRI)检查明确诊断为脑梗死的患者做头颅MRA检查,从其梗死的类型和血管病变的相关性以及MRA对诊断和治疗的价值进行分析。结果 MRA显示109例存在不同程度的血管狭窄、分支减少或闭塞,59例存在多根血管狭窄，不同类型的梗死之间差异有显著性。结论 脑梗死的发生与颅内血管病变关系密切，最常受累的血管是大脑中动脉，其次为大脑后动脉。不同类型的脑梗死血管病变情况存在差异，MRA检查可为血管内治疗及二级预防治疗提供参考。

    Cerebral infarction patients' cranial MRA by type:an analysis of results

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the differences between the magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) of various types of cerebral infarction patients and the diagnositic value of the MRA.Methods With MRA exanination on 187 cerebral infarction patients who were diagnosed on the basis of clinical symptoms,signs and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),analysis on the correlation between the types of infarction and cerebrovascular abnormalities,and the diagnosis and treatment value of MRA were performed.Results The MRA showed 109 patients had different problems in blood vessels: the arterids stenosis,occlusive and less branches. 59 patients had such problems:more narrowed blood vessel;different types of cerebral infarction patients had diversities.Conclusion Cerebral infarction is closely linked with intracranial vessels abnormalities.The middle artery is involved most frequently,secondly is the posterior cerebral artery.There are differences between cerebrovasclar abnormalities of different types of cerebral infarction.MRA can provide reference for endovascular treatment and second level precautionary treatment. ......
