【摘要】 目的 分别用商品化试剂盒和笔者摸索改良的裂解液煮沸法从血清标本中提取HBV DNA，比较二者的提取效果。方法 收集40例经商品化试剂盒荧光PCR定量检测HBV DNA含量全部>1.0×104copies/ml的血清标本，然后用笔者摸索改良的裂解液煮沸法提取标本中的HBV DNA，进行荧光定量PCR检测，对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 两种方法提取的HBV DNA含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 裂解液煮沸法是一种快速、高效的提取血清中HBV DNA的方法。

    A kinds of fast methods to extract HBV DNA from serum samples

    【Abstract】 Objective To chose a way that can quickly extract HBV DNA templates from serum samples by comparing the effect of two kinds of methods.Methods The author collected 40 samples proved by the fluorescence PCR with HBV DNA level beyond 1.0×104 copieds/ml,extracted HBV DNA templates from the serum samples by the way of seething with disruption liquid and compared the concentration of HBV DNA templates.Results There is no distinct difference between the effect of the way of seething with disruption liquid and the kit way(P>0.05).Conclusion The way of seething with disruption liquid is a quick,and high efficient way to extract HBV DNA templates from serum samples. ......
