联立方程测定氯霉素霜中氯霉素含量

     [摘 要] 目的 建立氯霉素霜中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 采用联立方程分光光度法,不经提取分离,将紫外相互干扰的主药氯霉素(阳性)与本制剂中的辅料(阴性)的最大吸收波长258nm和273nm为测定波长,直接测定。结果 氯霉素的计算方程:CL=59.6608AK+L273-36.8621AK+L258-04174。其平均回收率为10004%,RSD=240%。结论 本方法简便、快速,消除了各组分间紫外相互干扰,重现性好,结果满意。

    Determination of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol cream by simultaneous equations

    [ABSTRACT] Objective To establish a method that can determine chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol cream.Methods Simultaneous equations of spectophotometry was applied for direct determination of two components of chloramphenicol(positive) and adjuvant(negative) without separationThe detected wavelengths were 258nm and 273nm,the maximun absorbance of the two componentsResults The equations of chloramphenicol was:CL=59.6608AK+L273-36.8621AK+L258-04174.The corresponding average recovety was 100.04% for chloramphenicol whose RSD was 2.40%.Conclusions The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.The interference of the other components can be eliminated and the results are acceptable. ......
