[摘要]目的建立白花蛇舌草中β谷甾醇的含量测定方法。方法薄层扫描法。结果方法灵敏度高,重现性好,6个不同批次白花蛇舌草中β谷甾醇的含量为009%~021%;平均加样回收率为971%,RSD为128%。结论该方法可用于白花蛇舌草的质量控制。[关键词]白花蛇舌草β谷甾醇薄层扫描含量测定

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo establish the method of quantitative determination of βSitosterol in Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb. MethodsTLCscanning. ResultsThe contents of βSitosterol in Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb. were 0.09%~0.20% respectively and its average recovery of adding sample was 97.1%, the RSD =1.28%. The method was highly sensitive reproducible to quantitative determination of βSitosterol in the materiamedica. Conclusions The method can be used for the quality control of Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb.
