     [摘要]目的总结应用补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝。方法回顾分析应用涤纶布、聚丙烯和膨体聚四氟乙烯补片修补9例巨大腹壁切口疝患者的术前准备、手术方法和引流放置。结果均治愈。随访4个月～12年无复发。结论应用补片无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝是一种简单、易行和有效的方法。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo review the clinical experiences of repairing large abdominal incisional hernia with mesh. MethodsNine cases using Dacron, Marlex and Tefton were analyzed retrospectively on the preoperative preparations, repairing methods and postoperative drainage. ResultsAll the patients were healed. Followed up for 4 months to 12 years, none of the patients recurred. ConclusionsRepairing large abdominal incisional hernia with mesh is a simple, easy and effective method.
