不同方式加速度暴露对大鼠心肌损伤程度的影响

摘 要:目的 探讨单纯正加速度(+8Gz)和正负加速度(±8Gz )交替暴露对大鼠心脏的危害程度。方法 24只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成3组(对照组,+8Gz及±8Gz组)。经动物离心机相应暴露后立即麻醉采血,测定各组大鼠心肌酶含量。结果 +8Gz及±8Gz暴露组与对照组比较,门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α羟丁酸脱氢酶(αHBD)均显著增加(P<0.01);两实验组间比较,AST、CK、CKMB有显著性差异(P<0.05),LDH和αHBD两项指标有差别,但无统计学意义。结论 +8Gz及±8Gz交替暴露均可使心肌酶含量有明显变化,且±8Gz交替暴露的作用更为明显。提示±Gz交替暴露对心脏的损害影响较单纯+Gz暴露更为显著。关 键 词:加速度;心肌酶

Abstract:Objective To investigate the injury degree on heart of pure alternated +8Gz and alternated +8Gz and -8Gz(±8Gz ) exposures on rats. Methods Twentyfour Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: control group, +8Gz group and alternated ±8Gz exposure group. Blood samples were collected immediately after corresponding runs on animal centrifuge, and plasma myocardium enzyme were measured.
