     [摘要] 目的：本文研究了微波及小针刀治疗肩周炎的价值。方法：本文应用超声检查60例不同声像类型的肩周炎，并对其进行小针刀及微波治疗。结果：小针刀疗法的临床治愈率达25.0%，有显效的比例达46.7%，追加微波治疗后，治愈率提高至33.3%，总显效率提高至83.3%。结论：小针刀加微波疗法是肩周炎治疗的理想方法。
