【摘要】 目的 探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖PET/CT对鼻咽癌(NPC)的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析PET/CT诊断NPC患者19例和已知NPC放疗后患者43例，PET/CT与单独PET、CT检查结果和临床资料对比，以随访结果证实诊断正确与否。结果 初诊患者19例，CT确诊16例，PET确诊18例，PET/CT确诊19例。治疗后复查的患者43例，CT确诊局部复发8例，PET为17例，其中8例二者结果相符合，不符合的患者中9例为治疗导致局部解剖结构改变及瘢痕形成使CT无法确定复发而PET确定为阳性，全部患者PET较CT多确定转移14处。PET/CT确诊复发17例，确定转移56处，其中有两处病灶PET诊断为淋巴结转移，PET/CT认为为肌肉和脂肪生理性摄取。结论 PET/CT图像融合可大大降低假阳性的发生，探测鼻咽癌较单独PET和CT有明显定位和定性优势，可提高鼻咽癌的检出率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evalute the diagnosis value of PET/CT in detecting nasnopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods PET/CT in nasnopharyngeal carcinoma of 19 pre-treatment and 43 post-treatment cases were analyzed retrospectively,and compared the diagnostic results of PET/CT with those of PET alone or CT alone and clinical information,all the diagnoses were referred to the confirmation by the clinical findings during following-up.Results The 19 cases of NPC diagnosed by PET/CT were proved by follow-up,18 cases by PET,16cases by CT,19 cases by PET/CT.In post-treated 43 patients,8cases of recurrence were detected by CT,17cases by PET,More than 14 metastatic patients were confirmed by PET than by CT.56 metastasis were detected by PET/CT,in which 2 cases diagnozed as lymph metastatic by PET,wheras PET/CT considerned as muscle or fatty physiologic intake.Conclusion PET/CT fusion images can greatly reduce artificial masculine ......
