体外培养的人鼻腔黏膜纤毛摆动频率的测量*

【摘要】 目的 为人鼻腔黏液纤毛运输系统的研究提供科学有效的方法。方法 人鼻腔黏膜的组织块培养法,应用显微高速成像技术测量纤毛摆动频率。结果 在25℃,体外培养的人鼻腔黏膜纤毛摆动频率是10.39±1.80Hz;同一细胞任意两点纤毛摆动频率是相同的;同一来源的体外培养的钩突和下鼻甲的纤毛摆动频率是相同的。结论 钩突可成为今后人鼻腔纤毛系统的研究的主要标本来源。【关键词】 人鼻腔上皮细胞;纤毛摆动频率;钩突
