健脑益智胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定

     摘要：目的制定健脑益智胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1 的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC) 法，以人参皂苷Rb1为对照品，检测波长为203 nm，乙腈水(30∶70) 为流动相。结果人参皂苷Rb1在0.407～3.258 mg 范围内有良好的线性关系，样品平均加样回收率为99.14%，RSD为1.77%。结论该法结果准确，精密度及重现性较好，可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

    Determination of Radix Ginseng Saponins Rb1 in Jiannaoyizhi Capsule

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an approach in determining the content of Radix ginseng saponins Rb1 in Jiannaoyizhi capsule. MethodsThe HPLC method was adopted for the determination. Radix ginseng saponins Rb1 was used as the standard. Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (30∶70).ResultsThe linear range of Radix ginseng saponins Rb1 was 0.407～3.258 mg. The average recovery rate was 99.14 % with RSD of 1.77%.ConclusionThis method is accurate, specific and reliable for the quality control of Jiannaoyizhi capsule. ......
