     [摘要] 目的探讨食管癌术后吻合口漏的发生原因、预防及治疗。方法对比两阶段的围手术期处理和结果。结果围手术期防范系列措施采取后吻合口漏发生率下降。结论胸内吻合口漏死亡率高，重在预防。

    The prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage in thorax after esophagectomy

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the cause, prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage in thorax after esophagectomy.Methods The management and incidence of anastomotic leakage in thorax were compared in two groups.Results The incidence of thoracicoanastomotic leakage in perioperative management group was much lower than that in conventional group. Conclusions The death rate of anastomotic leakage in thorax is higher. The prevention of anastomotic leakage in thorax is emphasized.
